非线性弹性转子-轴承系统基础松动的动态特性

【摘要】 以线性项和立方项之和来表示转轴材料的物理非线性因素,建立了带有基础松动故障的具有非线性弹性的转子-轴承系统动力学模型,对其复杂的运动特性进行了数值研究,发现此类系统存在着周期、拟周期和混沌等复杂的非线性运动。在一阶和二阶临界转速附近,系统响应均会出现混沌运动,且此混沌运动区域随着基础松动质量的增加而增大,研究结果为有效识别转子-轴承系统的基础松动故障提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 A dynamic model of the nonlinear elastics rotor-bearing system with pedestal looseness fault was set up,taking the linearity and cube item as the physics nonlinear factors.The complex characteristics of the rotor-bearing system were numerically studied,and the influences of the looseness mass to the nonlinear characteristics were analyzed.There exists complex nonlinear motion of periodic,quasi-periodic and chaotic in the response of the system.There is chaotic motion appearing in the region of about critical speed and twain critical speed,which increases along with the pedestal looseness mass.The conclusions provide theoretic basis reference for the failure diagnosis of the rotor-bearing system.
