压电式双振子微型发电机的应用研究

【摘要】 针对压电式单振子微型发电机不能连续为瞬时发射功率较大的无线传感器网络发射模块供电的问题,提出了一种双振子振动发电的结构思想,介绍了双振子振动发电原理和实现方法;提出并设计了一种双振子微型发电机输出功率调节控制电路,它由主—辅整流电路、主储能器、滤波器、辅助补充能量控制电路、稳压电路、滞回比较器、开关控制电路和电子开关等组成。经实验证明:封装了功率调节电路的压电式双振子微型发电机平均输出功率为250~950μw,瞬时输出功率可以达到680mw,而自身的功耗只有40微瓦以下,满足了连续振动环境中微功耗电子器件、传感器或间歇式较大功耗遥测电路供电的要求。

【Abstract】 A piezoelectric micro-generators with single vibrator can not continually supply energy to the transmitting module of wireless sensor network with high instantaneous power consumption.To solve this problem,in this paper,a new structure of piezoelectric micro-generator with double vibrator is given.The principles and design methods of piezoelectric laminated type generators are introduced.A design of output power conditioning circuit for piezoelectric micro-generator with double vibrator is also presented.The circuit consisted of master-slave rectifier circuit,major power accumulator,filter,subsidiary energy supplement controller,voltage regulator,hysteresis comparator,switch control circuit and electronic switch etc.The experimental results show that the time-averaged output power generated by a micro-generator with this power conditioning circuit is 250~950uw and instantaneous power is 680row.The power consumed by the circuit is only below 40uw.It can be used to supply energy to low-power electronic device,sensors and remote circuit with high instantaneous power consumption in the environment of mechanical vibration.
