一种时延调整技术实现等效采样的方法研究
Research on an Equivalent Sample with the Technology of Time-Delay Regulating

【摘要】 本文通过对高速数据采集中顺序采样和随机采样的优缺点比较,提出了一种新颖的采用时延调整技术实现等效采样的方法,其等效采样率指标高达几十GSPS级,可大大提高信号细节的观测能力。重点阐述了时延调整技术的原理、设计方案、工作流程及实验结果等。
【Abstract】 According to compare the merit and demerit between sequential sampling and random sampling in high speed data acquiring,a novel equivalent sampling with the technology of time-delay regulating is presented in this paper,which has achieved the technical indicators of equivalent sampling rate of several GSPS and the probability of observing waveform’s specific parts is greatly increased.The principle and implementation of the technology of time-delay regulating,including design schemes,working flow,and the result of experiment are discussed in this thesis in detail.
