基于频谱滤波拟合的标尺自动判读算法研究

【摘要】 提出一种远距离测量中均码标尺的自动判读算法。为克服编码标尺码元过细不易识别的缺点测量中采用均码标尺,首先对标尺像进行频谱滤波,滤去背景分量和干扰噪声,将标尺信号从背景中分离出来;然后采用拟合的方法去除双波峰或双波谷等伪信号,并增补丢失的波峰波谷信息。实验表明,频谱滤波拟合法能准确有效判读均码标尺信息,误差小于一个条纹编码周期。
【Abstract】 An automatic interpretation algorithm for the uniform code scale is proposed in this paper.The uniform code scale was adopted in order to overcome the difficulty in recognizing the tiny code in the measurement.First the scale image is filtered for removing the background or noise and obtaining the signals. Second by fitting method some kinds of fake signals,such as double-peak and double-hollow errors,are found and corrected.The experiment shows that the uniform code scale can be auto-interpreted efficiently by spectrum filtering and fitting.The error is within a code period.
