【Abstract】 This paper presents a technology of 3-D waveform display which can be widely used in common time-domain testing instruments. The design idea and technical principle is discussed, and the technology is applied to the digital storage oscilloscope as an example to illustrate its significant role of improving the wave capture rate. Finally, the test results between the oscilloscopes using the technology or not are given to show the difference.更多还原
