手持式智能化铁水分析仪的研制
Research and Design of intelligent hand-held Melted Iron Analyzer

【摘要】 针对目前市场上铸铁熔炼炉前在线检测仪器功能单一、精确度比较低、体积较大、价位较高的缺点,结合市场现有仪器的优点,综合设计了具有热分析法铁水成分分析、超声波测定球化率等主要功能的手持式智能化仪器。该系统以凌阳单片机SPCE061A为核心,开发了温度采集硬件电路,通过测量采样铁水的冷却曲线,提取特征值,计算碳、硅、磷等成分;并开发了超声波测量电路,通过激发2.5MHz压电陶瓷探头测量铁水冷却后的试样,接收回波,从而计算出球化率;此外考虑现场环境,设计了语音播报结果的电路。该仪器集多种功能于一体,成本低廉,功能实用,设计人性化,测试方便快捷。
【Abstract】 According to the disadvantages of the single function, low accuracy, big dimension and high price of existed cast iron quality analyzers, combining with the advantages of these devices, a intelligent hand-held melted iron analyzer is researched and designed. This device can be used to analyze the composition of melted iron in thermal analysis and survey nodularity in ultrasonic measuring. The system based on single chip microcomputer SPCE061 and other peripheral circuits. Temperature collection module is designed for thermal analysis to detect and control molten iron quality, offering the percentage composition by detecting arrest points in cooling curve of solidifying melted iron; ultrasonic measuring module is designed for surveying nodularity, using 2.5MHz piezoelectric ceramic probe, receive the echo wave, and process it to obtain the nodularity; considering the environment of foundry, speech broadcast module is designed. It is multifunction, low cost, practicality and convenient shortcut measurement.
