基于FPGA的气门实时检测系统
Real time detection system for valve based on FPGA

【摘要】 为了对气门生产过程进行全面有效地监控,设计一套基于 FPGA+DSP 的嵌入式无损检测装置来实现对气门表面特征尺寸的实时检测。根据图像采集、处理、控制以及实时显示需求,进行硬件和软件的设计,本系统采用 Xilinx 公司的 XC3S400 芯片作为主控制器,复杂图像处理算法由 DSPTMS320C642芯片实现,通过 USB 接口实现与 PC 的通信。仿真和实验结果表明;该系统具有较高的实时性,能够满足工业检测的需要。
【Abstract】 In order to monitor produced process of valve more efficiently,a embedded set of non-contact based on FPGA and DSP is designed to inspect surface characteristics in-line for valve.Software and hard- ware was designed to meet the demand of image collection,processing,controlling and display.The system use XC3S400 which is producted by the Xilinx company as host controller,DSPTMS320C642 for complex image processing,and communicate with PC by USB interface.The simulation and test results indicate that this system can well meet the demand of industrial detecting with high real-time performance.
