基于OK图像采集卡的ESPI系统软件的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文从激光电子散斑干涉技术(ESPI)的基本原理出发,在 VC++6.0平台下运用相关算法设计了基于 OK 图像采集卡的应用软件。该软件可以对激光电子散斑干涉图像进行显示和处理,并采用了回调机制的方式使采集和处理得到同步并行执行。此外,软件还实现了图像对比度调整以及图像,视频的保存等相关功能。实验结果表明该软件满足电子散斑测量系统软件的要求,且操作方便,运行稳定。可应用在物体的离面位移和面内位移测量中,并可作为复合材料制品的质量检测,电子产品的热稳定性测量等无损检测领域的有效工具。
【Abstract】 Based on the basic principles of Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI),an image pro- cessing software is developed by using OK-series frame grabber card in VC++6.0.In the software,the images of electronic laser speckle interference pattern could be displayed and disposed.By using the callback mechanism,the parallel implementation of the capture and calculation has been achieved.The software also realized some related functions such as the optimal image contrast adjustment,saving of images and videos. Application in testing indicates this software is successful in the ESPI system.It is advantageous and stable in operation.It can be widely applied in the measurement of electronic speckle displacement in and out plane.And it will become an effective tool in the field of lossless detection,so as to detect quality of com- posite products and thermal stability of electronic products.
