用于煤层气流动特性研究的实验装置设计
Design of trial equipment for coalbed methane research

【摘要】 本文设计了一种用于煤样对煤层气的吸附、解吸及渗流特性研究的实验装置,该装置以压力试验机为主体,由声波发生器、吸附及渗流装置、加压系统、变形测试系统,气体供给系统,测试系统等六部分组成。文中对实验装置的功能及实验方法进行了详细描述,并对其性能进行了分析总结。实验结果显示该实验装置完全能够满足加声场与不加声场条件下煤层气的吸附、解吸及渗流实验需求。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a experiment equipment which is designing for the research on the characters of the coalbed meth- ane’s adsorption,desorption and permeation.The equipment’s main body is a pressure testing machine,and it is made up of a- coustic generator,adsorption/permeation equipment,pressure-adding system,deformation measurement system,gas supply system and test system.The equipment’s function and its use explanation is introduced detsiledly in this paper,and the paper al- so analyses and conclude the equipment’s performance The experimental result shows that the equipment can completely meet the need of the experiment on the coalbed methane’s adsorption,desorption and permeation with ultrasound field or no.
