基于Web的工业信息实时监控系统研究

【摘要】 针对基于 Web 工业信息实时监控系统的实现,本文着重研究了控制网络与信息网络之间的数据交换和数据的 Web 动态发布功能。利用 OPC 通讯技术高效、快捷的数据交换功能和 ActiveX 控件技术在实现动态网页中的优势,将网络技术应用于工业现场监控中,形成了一种改善工业监控系统开放性和实时性的 Web 实时监控方案,使用户可以通过浏览器对工业现场进行监控。另外,针对影响 Web 监控实时性的几个因素,分析了该方案在提高系统实时性方面的优越性。通过在实际项目中的应用,说明该方案有一定的借鉴意义和实用价值。
【Abstract】 The integration of Infranet and Intranet and the dynamic issue of the data are studied in allusion to the problem of real-time supervisory control based on Web.The data exchange function of OPC technolo- gy which is efficient and rapid and the advantage of computer network are used,and Internet is applied in industry supervisory control system and a real-time supervisory control method that can make the industry supervisory control system more open is put forward,which can make the user supervise and control the in- dustry fields via browser synchronously.Meanwhile,the superiority of the project about real-time is ana- lyzed in allusion to some factors.At last,an application is made which indicates that the project is valuable in reference and practice.
