基于PROFIBUS-DP的通信控制系统设计

【摘要】 介绍了针对腈纶纺丝生产线基于PROFIBUS-DP通信的PLC控制系统的设计。该控制系统包括监控层和现场层,监控层采用MPI通信方式,现场层采用PROFIBUS-DP通信网络结构。阐述了主从PLC、PLC和变频器的通信过程和网络设置以及该控制系统的软件实现和抗干扰技术。设计后系统易于扩展、抗干扰能力强、通讯速度快和控制精确高。

【Abstract】 A communication control system of PLC based on PROFIBUS DP was designed aiming at acrylic fibers product lines. It includes control layer and local layer. The former is used with MPI communication mode, and the latter is used with PROFIBUS-DP communication network. The communication process and the system settings are described in this paper as well as the realization of soft programs and anti-interference technique of the master PLC with the slave PLC and the master PLC with the inverters. The system is easily enlarged and has characteristics of effective anti-interference, fast Communication and high control precision.
