Y型波导调制器高温存储特性研究

【摘要】 研究了Y型波导调制器的高温存储特性。经过120h的高温存储实验和后期的数据整理及分析,结果显示插入损耗变化范围在0·15dB至0·77dB,有随存储时间增加而增大的趋势,拟合增长率为0·00376dB/h。分束比在小于0·5%的范围内变化,受到的影响较小,具有较好的温度特性。
