基于边缘增强扩散及Top-Hat变换的金属断口图像处理

【摘要】 根据金属失效SEM、AFM、TEM等显微镜图像的特点,利用边缘增强扩散滤波及Top-Hat变换算子等原理对金属失效图像进行降噪、增强、融合及目标分割等处理,利用SEM、AFM、TEM等显微镜对金属失效断口微观形貌进行分析,并利用所述方法对扫描图像进行处理。结果表明,利用边缘增强扩散滤波器及数学形态学对金属失效图像进行处理是有效的、可行的,图像质量得到明显提高。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of metal failure images under SEM,AFM and TEM, theories of Edge-enhancing diffusion filtering and mathematical morphology was used in images processing of metal failure, including noise reduction, enhancement, fusion and object segmentation. Based on Macro-morphology analysis of fracture surface, scanned images were processed. The experiment shows that this processing method is effective and feasible, and image quality can be improved greatly.
