单总线多点数据采集系统的设计
Design of a multichannel data-acquisition system based on single bus

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种基于C8051 F320混合信号处理器的多路数据采集系统,在单总线上应用兼容I2C协议的高精度AD转换器ADS1112实现了8路高精度数据的同步采集。系统采用高精度实时时钟芯片DS3231记录现场时钟信息,多片串行EEROM临时记录采集数据,采用无线数传模块与上位机通讯。系统结构紧凑,安装调试简单,便于工业现场环境应用。
【Abstract】 A multichannel data acquisition system which based on the C8051F320 Mixed-Signal processor is introduced. It can acquire data of 8 channels Synchronously with high accuracy ADC ADS1112 which is compatible with I2C protocol. It records the time with high accuracy real-time clock chip DS3231, and stores this data with EEROM. It also communicates with host with wireless data transfer module. It is very simple to assemble and debug this measurement system with one single bus, and very convenient for the industrial environment application.
