【摘要】 本文设计了一种外置式谷物水分在线测试仪,其传感器探头采用平面极板形状,电路采用参比电路和外部计数方式,实现了温度补偿,克服了传统的平行极板电容水分传感器精度低、线性差、温度影响大、安装困难等缺点,且能用于恶劣环境。试验表明,此电容式谷物水分传感器相对误差小于±1%,测量水分范围可达到6%—36%,适用温度范围为- 10℃—45℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of plane pole capacitive grain moisture sensor is designed in this article.The plane pole shape is introduced in the capacitive sensor.The comparative circuit and external counting way are used in the sensor.In addition,temperature compensation is realized in it.The circuit of the sensor has overcome the shortcomings of low precision,bad linearity,temperature affluence and difficult installation in traditional sensors.It fits bad environ- ment.The experiment proves that the relative error of this kind of capacitance grain moisture sensor is less than ±0.5%;water measuring range is 6%—36% and temperature range is -10—45℃.更多还原
