连铸旋转塔回转支承状态监测与剩余寿命研究

【摘要】 连铸机旋转塔是连铸机组实现连续浇注的关键设备。随着钢包容量的不断增大,旋转塔发生运行故障的主要部件集中在回转支承上。回转支承具有转速低,载荷大,运动不连续,超负荷工作,超期服役,同时承受轴向力、径向力和倾翻力矩等工作特点。一直以来,此类低速重载大尺寸轴承的状态评估标准很难确定。有必要通过状态监测对比的分析手段来了解和掌握不同测试信号以及轴承运行的状态特征,总结出有针对性的轴承剩余寿命估算方法,从而有效避免回转支承故障对连铸生产造成的直接影响。实践证明取得了良好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Ladle turret of continuous caster is the key facility for continuous casting.With the increase of ladle ca- pacity,faults of ladle turret focus on the slewing ring based on foundation.As a special member of rolling bearing series with large diameter,the slewing ring is adequate to the serious situation with axial force,radial force and tilting moment.Slewing ring serves in condition of low rev,heavy load,discontinuous motion,over loading and ex- tended service.Since the large diameter bearing serves in condition of low rev and heavy load,the evaluation criteri- on of running condition is indefinite.It is necessary to understand various signals and features of bearing by the ap- proach of condition monitoring and contrastive analysis.Consequently,a pertinent evaluation of life period for sle- wing ring is offered to decrease the faults of slewing ring and economic losses.Contrasting the displacement signals between the rings serving for different number of year with reference to vibration signals and electric signals,an ac- tual effect on the estimate for service life is proved by practice.
