【摘要】 数字存储示波器是可将被测模拟信号进行模数转换、存储,再以数字或模拟信号方式进行显示的一种示波器,它和模拟示波器都是常用的用于观察信号波形和研究脉冲信号参数的电子测量仪器。无论是数字示波器还是模拟示波器,必须定期校准,从而保证测量的准确性。鉴于国内目前尚无数字存储示波器自动校准系统,本文利用 VC++6.0开发环境,设计并实现了一种基于 GPIB 接口的数字示波器自动校准系统。该系统可快速完成对数字存储示波器的自动化校准,把校准结果存入数据库,用 VBA 技术自动生成校准证书,并且具有易扩展性,即通过编写一些示波器控制文件就可以支持另一新的数字存储示波器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital store oscilloscope is a type of oscilloscope that changes analog signal tested into digital signal and stores it and displays it in analog or digital signal way.Both analog oscilloscope and digital store oscilloscope are frequently used for observing signal waveform and researching pulse signal parameters.In- suring the accurateness of measurements,it’s necessary to calibrate all kinds of specifications of oscillo- scopes.Whereas there isn’t any oscilloscope automatic calibration system in our country,a digital store os- cilloscope automatic calibration system is designed and realized using Microsoft Visual C++6.0 program- ming environment based on GPIB interface in this paper.It can calibrate digital store oscilloscope quickly and au- tomatically,store the calibration data in database and then make a calibration certificate automatically by VBA. The system can support new digital store oscilloscopes easily by writing new oscilloscope controlling files.更多还原
