【摘要】 本文介绍了基于 GPIB 总线技术,在 Windows XP 操作系统和 Visual Basic 6.0开发环境下设计并研制出的频谱分析仪自动检定/校准系统,提出并讨论了适合本系统的同步控制方法。该系统对被检频谱分析仪实现了自动搜索、自动检测和自动出具证书的功能,大大减少了频谱分析仪的计量工作量,保证了测量结果的准确性,提高了测量结果的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design and development of auto verification/calibration system which is based on GPIB bus technology,Windows XP operating system and Visual Basic 6.0 development tool for spectrum analyzer is introduced in this paper.The method of synchronization control adapting to this system is also proposed and discussed.The function of auto search,auto test and auto certificate generating is realized,the work- load of spectrum analyzer test is decreased greatly,the accuracy of measurement is ensured,the reliability of measurement is improved,and economical benefit is brought prominently due to this system.更多还原
