提高高炉净环水浓缩倍数的缓蚀阻垢试验研究

【摘要】 研究了某高炉净环水最佳浓缩倍数的确定方法及高浓缩倍数运行时水质的缓蚀阻垢问题,筛选出了一种经济有效的复合配方,该配方可将特定硬度水的结垢及腐蚀速率控制在国家标准范围内,可保证高炉净环水高浓缩倍数下的水质稳定。研究结果对节约水资源、延长设备寿命等有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Aiming at blast furnace clean circulating water,a method of determining the optimal cycles of concentration is investigated, and the scale and corrosion inhibition problem of water quality in high cycles of concentration is studied. An economic and effective complex direction has been exploited. The laboratory study results show that the ratio of scale and corrosion can satisfy the national standards by using this direction, which has good capabilities of scale and corrosion inhibition. With this direction, the stable running of blast furnace circulating water can be ensured,which can both contribute to water-saving and longevity prolonging of the blast furnace.
