烧结电除尘器板线配置优化试验研究

【摘要】 通过对电除尘器常用的6种阴极线在C型阳极板,同极间距为400mm下进行板电流密度和伏安特性测试,分析了各种极配的特点及其适用的工况,理论上得出烧结厂电除尘器最佳的阴极线类型,为以后烧结电除尘器的改造和新建提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 With the gap set to 400mm,experiments of 6 different discharge electrodes with C type anode plate have been carried out to test the plate-current density and voltage/current characteristics,corresponding curves are drawn and each match is analyzed Favorable cathode type for sintering plant is obtained theoretically, which provides scientific basis for ESP construction and modification of sintering plants.
