质量三角形模型在熔渣局部互熔区黏度预报中的应用

【摘要】 利用质量三角形模型计算了1873K下RE_xO_q-SiO2体系的等黏度图,预报了同温度下的SiO2-TiO2-MnO体系的黏度。通过比较理论计算值与实验值,证明这种方法是可行的,说明质量三角形模型可以成功地运用于三元系局部互熔区的黏度计算中,为生产科研提供一些比较可靠的数据。
【Abstract】 The mass triangle model focusing on calculating the property of the ternary system with a partial miscible area has been applied to compute the iso-viscosities of RExOy-CaF2-SiO2 system at 1873K and predict the viscosity of SiO2-TiO2-MnO system at the same temperature based on experimental data obtained from references. The good agreement between experimental data and theoretical calculation shows that this method is feasible and will play a very useful role for metallurgical slag since most of metallurgical systems are with a partial miscible area.
