电脉冲处理对电工钢凝固组织影响试验研究

【摘要】 本文采用电脉冲处理的方法,进行了改善电工钢凝固组织试验研究。试验室研究发现,通过电脉冲处理,电工钢试样的凝固组织发生显著变化,等轴晶比例从40%提高到90%以上,并且尺寸均匀。在连铸生产中实施电脉冲处理改善电工钢板坯凝固组织的工业试验取得明显效果,中间包钢水经电脉冲处理后,连铸坯等轴晶比例从未经处理的6%提高到30%,柱状晶长度从未经处理的平均9.3mm减小到处理后的平均5.8mm,柱状晶宽度从平均7mm减小到4.3mm。同时,工业试验所采用的试验装置及工艺未对现行连铸生产工艺产生任何不良影响。

【Abstract】 Research work of adopting Electric Pulse Treatment (EPT) to improve quality of electrical sheet steel is introduced in this article. In lab research, after liquid steel had been treated by EPT, solidified structure of specimen is changed obviously; equiaxed zone ratio is increased from 40% (untreated) to over 90% (treated). Industrial tests of EPT on concasting slab process to improve slab inner quality had been carried out in a steel plant. Results are: equiaxed zone ratio in concasting slab increased from 6% (untreated) to over 30% (treated). At same time the width of columnar crystal is decreased from 7mm to less 4. 3mm, and length of columnar crystal is decreased from 9. 3mm to less 5. 8mm. In carrying out of industrial test, EPT process and equipment is vrorking stably and effectively, concasting slab process had not been disturbed.
