炉渣精炼技术的应用研究

【摘要】 研究了炉渣精炼对于钢水洁净度的影响。结果表明,通过合理设计与使用精炼炉渣可以基本消除氧化性顶渣的危害,并能提高钢质、缩短精炼时间。其中,炉渣二元碱度增加对T[O]的降低和炉渣硫容量的增加具有明显效果;控制(FeO+MnO)含量和适当增加(Al2O3)含量有利于提高精炼效果。
【Abstract】 Liquid steel refining through slag modification has been investigated in the paper. It is shown that the negative effect of the top oxidizing slag could be eliminated by the application of modified refining slag, with which the purity of steel can be increased and the refining time could be decreased at the same time. A higher two component basicity of slag benefits both the decrease of the total oxygen content in steel and the increase of slag sulfur capacity. To control the content of (FeO+MnO)and increase(Al2O3 )adequately in slag is beneficial to the improvement of steel refinement.
