单嘴精炼炉混匀特性水模型研究

【摘要】 针对武汉钢铁公司250t单嘴精炼炉装置进行了水模型搅拌特性的研究,得出了物理模型的准数方程:(τQ)/(dnH)=e18.7049Fr’0.2277(H/D上)4.8812(h/D上)-0.0767(hins/D上)0.9334((ρg)/(ρ1))-0.9207τa-0.6931 e[-37.1846(τ/R)+28.3947(r/R)2]研究表明,提高真空度、增大吹气流量、合理调节单嘴插入深度、选用合适的钢包底吹气位置,可获得较短的混匀时间。
【Abstract】 A water model has been carried out to measure the stirring performance for the single snorkel refining furnace with the ladle capacity of 250ton of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. The criterion equation about the physical model was deduced as follows:It is shown that a shorter mixing time can be acquired by reducing the vacuum pressure, increasing the blowing rate, regulating the single snorkel inserting depth properly and choosing the right bottom blowing location of the ladle.
