合理利用韶钢地方铁矿粉的实验研究

【摘要】 本文对韶钢10种烧结用铁矿粉的高温特性进行了深入研究,在把握它们的烧结行为和作用的基础上,根据韶钢的资源和生产条件,设计了4组烧结优化配矿方案,并进行了烧结杯实验研究。通过基于铁矿粉高温特性的优化配矿,在烧结指标获得改善的同时,减少了进口矿粉的比例,合理利用了韶钢地方矿粉。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the high-temperature characteristic of 10 iron ore for sintering in Shaosteel is studied thoroughly. According to the condition of raw materials and operation in Shaosteel, 4 group sintering optimizing ore - proportion projects are set up and the pot grate furnace experiments are put up on the basic of grasping the sintering action and effect of 10 iron ore. By optimizing ore-proportion based on the high-temperature characteristic of iron ore, the sintering indexes are improved, which can make Shaosteel uses more locality ore and reduces the proportion of imported ore at the same time.
