西南地区难选细粒高磷赤褐铁矿的选矿工艺研究
Research on Beneficiation Technology for Refractory High Phosphorus Fine Hematite and Limonite Ores in Southwest Region

【摘要】 就西南地区的高磷嵌布粒度细的 Y-矿样和 S-矿样做了详细的选矿工艺研究,以便提出合理的选矿工艺。首先,分别对 Y-矿样和 S-矿样做了磁选工艺和浮选工艺研究。试验结果表明,用磁选、浮选的工艺是不能得到理想的铁精矿产品指标;其次,根据 Y-矿样和 S-矿样本身的性质,尤其两个矿样中磷的含量严重超标。磷是以胶磷矿形式存在的用常规的物理选矿工艺是不可取的。因此,根据两个矿样原矿含铁的不同选择了不同的选矿工艺,做了详细的工艺研究。最后,Y-矿样选择焙烧-浸出降磷工艺获得了铁品位为66.43%、磷品位为 0.131%、铁回收率为98.89%的铁精矿产品指标,S-矿样选择焙烧-弱磁选-浸出降磷工艺获得了铁品位为61. 29%、磷品位为0.108%、铁回收率为74.61%的铁精矿指标。
【Abstract】 Detailed investigation was made on Y-sample and S-sample of high phosphorus fine-disseminated hematite and limonite ores from the southeast region of China in order to propose a rational mineral processing technology, Magnetic separation and flotation processes were used on the two samples respectively,whose results indicated that both methods couldnt obtain iron concentrates with ideal metallurgical performances.In consideration of the properties of the samples and especially their much-higher-than-standard content of phosphorus which occurred in the form of cello- phane,it was inappropriate to use the conventional physical beneficiation techniques.Therefore,different beneficiation processes were selected for the two samples that had different grades in the detailed technological research.Finally,an iron concentrate having a grade of 66.43%,phosphorus content of 0.131% and iron recovery of 98.89% was obtained from Y -sample using a technology consisting of selective roasting and leaching for phosphorus reduction,and an iron concentrate having a grade of 61.29%,phosphorus content of 0.108% and iron recovery of 74.61% from S-sample using a technolo- gy of selective roasting-low intensity magnetic separation-leaching for phosphorus reduction.
