【摘要】 针对广东某褐铁矿矿石共生关系简单的特点,进行了不同浮选工艺方案试验,最终采用阳离子浮选脱硅工艺。在较佳工艺参数条件下,系统研究了一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选和一次粗选、一次扫选两种工艺流程,闭路试验均获得了精矿产率在65％左右、全铁品位在59％以上、铁回收率在84％左右的良好指标。但一次粗选、一次扫选流程,结构相对简单,中矿种类少,生产过程中便于控制,是相对较优的工艺方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various flotation processes have been carried out on a limonite ore with simple relations between limonite and gangue minerab in Guangdong, and a new technology for removal of silicates from Limonite with cationic collector was adopted at last. Two kinds of flotation flowsheet with one stage rougher, cleaner and scavenger, and one stage rougher and scavenger have been studied respectively. Limonite concentrates containing above 59% Fe could be obtained at a productive rate of 65% and a recovery of Fe about 84% in closed circuit tests. The flotation flowsheet with one stage rougher and scavenger is better comparing with the other one, for this technology is simple, the species of the middle-products are few and the producing process is convenient to control.更多还原
