基于高铬白口铸铁磨球改性处理的成分设计方法

【摘要】 传统工艺条件下,高铬铸铁磨球硬度与内应力成正比,常因内应力过大造成零件失效。成分设计对减少和改善内应力及其分布具有较大作用,它可促使磨球改性处理得到更佳效果。从生产条件出发,提出解决高铬白口铸铁磨球的中心问题是内应力;正确的工程理念是在获得高硬度的前提下,通过采用正确的成分设计方法,进一步提高韧性。
【Abstract】 Under conventional technological conditions, the hardness of high chrome cast iron grinding ball is directly proportinal to its internal stress. It’s often the case that too large internal stress leads to part failure. Composition design can have great effect on reducing and improving the internal stress and its distribution, making it possible for grinding ball improvement treatment to achieve better effect. In view of the production conditions, it is pointed out the key problem that should be solved in high chrome white cast grinding ball is internal stress. The correct engineering concept should be using a correct composition design method to further raise the toughness under the prerequisite of obtaining a high hardness.
