【Abstract】 A successful switch between telecontrol industry control computer and the channel became a serious problem in the safely telecontrol operation .How to adapt the mode both in double-computer double-channel and in single-computer single-channle is a urgent problem . Acceding to the successful experice of 220kV PuLandian substation , the paper describes the soft theory to complete the switch of the telecontrol industry control computer and the channel.
