【摘要】 华东电力市场是中国两个区域电力市场试点之一,在区域电力市场的建设过程中,华东电力调度交易中心与各个省(市)调度交易结算中心之间的数据交换体系的建设成为一个突出问题。本文分析了建设华东电力市场网省数据交换体系的原因、阐述了数据交换体系的主要内容,介绍了技术实现的手段以及系统实际运行的情况,从信息经济学视角评价了数据交换体系的意义。指出华东电力市场数据交换体系是中国建设区域电力市场具体实践的产物,是华东作为中国两个区域电力市场试点之一所取得的有益经验,在“统一市场,分级调度”模式下,数据交换体系的建设奠定区域电力市场优化资源配置的重要信息基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 East China electricity market is the biggest region market in China which covers five provinces . In the East China Market Operation System building process, the data exchange between EastChina Control & Exchange Center and all the five province subcontrol Centers is a prominent issue. A special data exchange system has been builded. This paper analyses the requirements, clarifies the content of the system, introduces the technology means used to building the system and shares some actual operation experience.更多还原
