面向网省级电网的自动电压控制模式

【摘要】 对已有的大规模电网的自动电压控制模式进行了综述,总结了各种模式的优缺点。结合中国电网的实际情况, 分析了电压控制系统实施的难点所在。提出了面向网省级大规模电网的自动电压控制系统的三维分解协调模式,该控制模式围绕目标-时间-空间三个维度实施分解协调,具体分析了在每个维度上的研究重点。最后基于目标-时间-空间的三维分解协调理念,提出了适合于我国网省级电网的自动电压控制方案,基于该控制模式设计的自动电压控制系统即将应用于我国最大的省级电网——广东省网。
【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages of the existing automatic voltage control(AVC) schemes for large-scale power networks are reviewed. Difficulties in implementation of an AVC system are analyzed facing the developing power networks in China. Design of Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) system for large-scale power network is presented in this paper. A new AVC scheme based on decomposition and coordination on these three dimensions is proposed for large-scale power network. The original problem of AVC can be decomposed and coordinated on the following three dimensions: objective, time and space, and key topics on each dimension are presented. Finally, a design of AVC suitable for large-scale power networks in China is proposed, which will be implemented in the largest provincial power network in China, i.e. Guangdong provincial power network.
