我国金红石矿资源分布、开发及技术现状

【摘要】 天然金红石是制取钛白粉、海绵钛、四氯化钛等钛系列产品的优质原料。我国金红石矿资源丰富,广泛分布于湖北、山西、河南、陕西、安徽、江苏、广东、广西、海南等多个省区。原生金红石矿是我国金红石矿的主要工业类型,其占金红石资源总储量的86%,而金红石砂矿仅为14%。目前,我国开发利用的金红石矿主要是海滨砂矿,原生金红石矿仅限小规模开发,其主要原因是因为我国原生金红石矿品位低、粒度细、矿物组成及互相嵌布关系复杂,一些主要伴生的有用矿物与金红石矿物的可选性差别较小,采用单一选矿方法难于分离。金红石矿开发采用的选矿技术主要有重选、磁选、浮选、电选和酸浸,其选矿工艺是由以上两种或两种以上选矿技术组成的联合工艺。选矿工艺复杂,流程长,建厂投资大,经济效益低下,是我国金红石矿开发存在的主要障碍。
【Abstract】 Natural rutile is a kind of high quality material whichis used to make titanium white ,sponge titanium,titaniumte trachloride ,etc .Rutile mineral resources is abundant in our country ,especially in Hu-bei , Shanxi , Henan , Shan′xi , Anhui , Jiangsu , Guangdong,Guangxi , Hainan provinces etc . Original rutile is the main industrial type of rutile mineral ,and it accounts for 86 %of the total reserve of rutile ,while the rutile placer is only 14 %. At present ,rutile developedis mainly beach placer . However original rutile is only developed in a small way ,due to its low grade ,small size ,complicated mineral component and mutual dissemination .Besides ,it is difficult to separate original rutile with single processing method because of a small selectance between valuable associated mineral and rutile mineral . The main techniques applied in the mineral processing of rutile are gravity separation , magnetic separation , flotation , electric separation and acid leaching. And the technics about processingis carried on withtwo or more than kinds of single technology .It is too complex processing technology,long circuit ,big investment fund and loweconomic benefit ,whichisthe main obstacle the development of rutile mineral exists .
