精密异型钛材加工的热处理工艺研究

【摘要】 介绍了钛和钛合金的主要性质和用途。针对眼镜用精密异型钛材加工中,表面质量要求高的特点,为清除材料表面的氧化皮、吸气层以及残留的润滑剂等污染物,提出了采用清洗—碱洗—酸洗的方法对钛材进行真空退火前的预处理,给出了工艺控制条件并进行了讨论。说明了精密异型钛材热处理的目的及真空退火的优越性,对退火工艺进行了分析和研究,对氢脆的危害进行了探讨,得出了适宜的真空退火条件。生产表明,按确定的真空退火前预处理工艺和真空退火工艺条件处理后的精密异型钛材,能够获得非常光亮的表面,满足后续加工工艺和产品质量要求。
【Abstract】 The main property and uses of the metal alloy of titaniumare introduced . Aimed at the demand of the high quantitysurface duringthe titaniumprecise profile wire processes ,the pretreatment for the clearance material surface pollutant ,such as the lubricant , oxidizedthe skin and inhaled layer etc ,puts forward the adoption of washing-alkali cleaning-acid cleaning treatment before the vacuum anneal ,the controlling condition and discussion of the pretreatment are given . The purpose and superiority of the titanium precise profile wire vacuumanneal are explained ,the anneal process is carried on the analysis and researches ,the bane of the hydrogenfrailtyis discussedtoo ,then given the appropriate condition of the vacuum anneal . shown by the practice ,adopting the pretreatment and vacuumanneal ,it can acquirethe veryshiningsurface of titaniumprecise profile wire , which can satisfy the follow-up process and the product quantity requests .
