【摘要】 合成了顺丁烯二酸酐改性双酚A环氧丙烯酸酯水性光固化树脂和Eu0.6Gd0.4(TTA)3Pen稀土配合物荧光粉,通过复配,制备了发红色荧光的稀土配合物水性荧光防伪油墨,并研究了配合物含量对荧光强度的影响。结果表明,涂膜的荧光强度随Eu0 6Gd0.4(TTA)3Phen含量的增加而增强,发光强度与铕含量不成线性关系。当铕的含量达到0.14%,涂膜在紫外光(365 nm)照射下,能发出明亮的红色荧光。

【Abstract】 The complex Eu0.6Gd0.4TTA3Phen and water-borne UV-curing Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin modified with maleic dianhydride were synthesized. Using co-mixing technique, the UV-curing water-borne fluorescent anti-falsifacation ink containing Eu0.6 Gd0.4TTA3Phen was prepared, and fluorescent properties of film before and after curing were studied. The results indicate that the fluorescent intensity of the film increases rapidly with the increase of the content ofeuropium in the range of 0% - 0.14% , and then increases slowly when the content of europium reaches and exceeds 0.14%. Bright red fluorescence emission is observed under ultraviolet light of 365 nm. Furthermore , it was found that the fluorescent intensity of the film before curing is stronger than that after curing, and the cause is interpreted. Finally fluorescent anti-falsification ink was prepared.
