BNi73CrSiB-40Ni钎料的钎焊工艺性能及接头组织研究

【摘要】 为了解BNi73CrSiB-40Ni钎料的钎焊工艺性能,对该钎料进行了表面质量分析、化学成分分析及DTA测试,以GH3044,зп708高温合金为母材,研究了钎料的铺展面积、填充间隙能力、漫流长度等钎焊工艺性能。结果表明:该钎料具有良好的流动性能、良好的填充间隙性能,适宜大间隙和不等间隙接头的钎焊。该钎料的钎焊接头中有大量的固溶体组织,不同于常用钎料BNi82CrSiB的钎焊接头的组织。
【Abstract】 Examination of surface quality and chemical composition as well as melting temperature were carried out to investigate the brazing property of BNi -73CrSiB-40Ni filler metal. In addition, its spreading area, seam filling performances and flowing length on base metal GH3044, зп708 super-alloys were tested.The result shows that the BNi73CrSiB-40Ni filler metal has favorable fluidity and seam filling performances, and it is suitable for wide-gap brazing and wedge gap brazing. Also, there are many solid solutions found in the brazing joint structure which are different from that of Ni82CrSiB filler metal in common use.
