Ti40合金热稳定性的研究

【摘要】 研究了Ti40阻燃β钛合金的热稳定性。结果表明,仅固溶处理的Ti40合金具有良好的强度和塑性配合,其热稳定性相对较好;固溶并时效得理合金的热稳定性较差,且时效温度越高,合金的热稳定性也越差。热暴露温度越高,合金的热稳定性能越差。
【Abstract】 The thermal stability of Ti40 bum-resistant titanium alloy was studied. The results show that Ti40 alloy after only solution treatment has a good strength/ ductility combination, and its thermal stability is better than that of the alloy after aging treatment followingsolution treatment. The higher the aging temperature, the worse the thermal stability of the alloy. In addition , it was also found that the higher the thermal exposure temperature is, the worse the thermal stability of the alloy is.
