从工业硫酸钛液制备V2O5/TiO2光催化剂和性质研究
Preparation of V2O5/TiO2 Pohtocatalyst from Industrial TiOSO4 Solution and Investigation of Its Property

【摘要】 以工业 TiOSO4液为钛源,在沸腾条件下水解制得多孔偏钛酸作为载体,以双氧水溶解偏钒酸铵(NH4VO3)为浸渍液,浸渍、干燥、煅烧得到不同钒负载量的 V2O5/TiO2催化剂。采用 XRD、XPS 分析和比表面积测试对 V2O5/TiO2催化剂进行了表征,并通过紫外光照下光催化降解亚甲基蓝溶液来测试催化剂光催化性。实验结果表明,水解条件影响载体 TiO2的比表面积,V2O5在锐钛型 TiO2表面呈非晶态分布;V2O5/TiO2催化剂的比表面积随着 V2O5负载量的增加而下降;V2O5负载量的增加使 TiO2由锐钛矿型向金红石型转变的相变温度降低;在实验条件下,V2O5负载量为1%的 TiO2 催化剂的光催化活性最佳,0.08 g 催化剂3 h 可以使300 ml 浓度为10 mg/L 的亚甲基蓝降解率达到95.5%。
【Abstract】 Using porous metatitanic acid,which was prepared by hydrolysis of industrial titanyl sulfate (TiOSO4)solution under boiling condition,as a carder,the aqueous solution consists of hydrogen peroxide and ammonium metavanadate as a pickling agent,the V2O5/TiO2 catalysts with different V2O5 content were obtained after the steps of impregnation, dehydration and calcination.The V2O5/TiO2 catalysts were characterized by the techniques of X-ray diffraction(XRD),XPS and SBET.The photocatalytic performance of the catalysts was examined by the degradation reaction of methylene blue under ultraviolet irradiation.The experiments show that the hydrolysis conditions effect specific surface area of TiO2 to a extent;non-crystal V2O5 disperses on the surface of anatase TiO2 without V2O5 crystal phase in the V2O5/TiO2 catalysts,specific surface area of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts and temperature of transformation from anatase TiO2 to ruffle TiO2 decline with the increase of V2O5 loading capacity, rutile TiO2 was found in the V2O5/TiO2 catalyst with 6%(wt)and 7%(wt)V2O5;the photocatalytic performance of V2O5 was improved to some extent after the adequate loading of V2O5.Under the experimental condition.It was found that the V2O5/TiO2 catalyst with 1%(wt)V2O5 have the optimal photocatalysis activity,and the degradation rate of methylene blue achieves to 95.5% after 3 h of photocatalytic reaction when 0.08g V2O5/TiO2 is used in 300 ml solution of 10 mg/L concentration.
