固体透氧膜法用于制备金属钛的研究

【摘要】 在 CaCl2熔盐中,利用固体透氧膜(SOM)法电解 TiO2制取了金属钛。结果表明,阴极片的烧结温度、电解时间以及反应器内氧分压是影响电解的重要因素:电解过程不会发生副反应,1100℃电解6 h 的试样完全被还原成金属钛; 循环伏安曲线表明,SOM 法对 TiO2的电解由外向内、由高价向低价分两步进行,即 TiO2→TiO→Ti,由于熔盐/YSZ 膜界面处发生极化,导致第一个还原峰电位负向移动。
【Abstract】 A new process Solid Oxygen-ion conducting Membrane (SOM) to produce metal Ti directly from TiO2 in molten CaCl2 was proposed. The result showed that the sintering temperature of cathode pellets, electrolytic time and oxygen press in the reactor played important role in electrolysis. No side reaction was found during reduction process. The TiO2 pellet was reduced fully to metal Ti when electrolysis run for 6 h at 1100 ℃. The CV curve showed that the reduction is conducted in two steps using SOM process, firstly TiO2 is reduced to TiO, then TiO is reduced to Ti, and step by step from outside of cathode pellet to inside. Polarization happened in interface of the molten/YSZ, which led to the potential of first reduce peak being more negative than FFC process.
