硝酸高铈铵晶体的合成及性质研究

【摘要】 研究了高纯晶型硝酸高铈铵的合成工艺。碳酸铈经酸溶解、氧化沉淀、过滤洗涤成为氢氧化铈,用硝酸溶解氢氧化铈,配制成硝酸高铈原始料液,加入硝酸铵,缓慢搅拌后析出桔红色硝酸高铈铵晶体,晶体经过滤、通风干燥得到高纯晶型硝酸高铈铵产品。讨论了料液浓度、料液酸度、铵盐加入量、合成温度、合成时间对硝酸高铈铵合成收率的影响。测定了硝酸高铈铵在不同温度和酸度的硝酸中的溶解度。用扫描电镜、热重-差热分析、X射线粉末衍射分析及化学分析等方法考察了硝酸高铈铵晶体的形貌、结构和组成。晶体组成为(NH4)2[Ce (NO3)6]。结果表明,本工艺合成的晶型硝酸高铈铵产品稀土总量、铈纯度、铈氧化率均较高,晶体水溶性好,颗粒均匀,色泽纯正。
【Abstract】 Synthetic process of ammonium nitrate cerium (Ⅳ) was studied. Cerium carbonate was dissolved with nitric acid and then the cerium was oxidized for getting cerium hydroxide. The cerium hydroxide precipitate was filtrated and washed before being dissolved in nitric acid for preparing cerium (Ⅳ ) nitrate starting solution. Ammonium nitrate was added into the starting solution and hyacinth color crystal was separated out with being stirred slowly. Ammonium nitrate cerium (Ⅳ) with high purity was prepared after the crystal was filtrated and aerated for drying. Influences of concentration and acidity of starting solution, addition quantity of ammonium nitrate, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of ammonium nitrate cerium (Ⅳ) were discussed. The structure and the composition of crystal were determined by SEM, thermogravimetry-differential thermal, X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis. Chemical molecular formula of the crystal is (NH4)2[Ce(NO3)6]. The results show that ammonium nitrate cerium (Ⅳ) crystal synthesized by this process has high purity, high rare earth content, high oxidation rate of cerium and big solubility in water along with its big crystal particles and pure color.
