氨基葡萄糖席夫碱稀土配合物的合成与对细胞核作用研究

【摘要】 以甲壳素为起始原料合成了水杨醛氨基葡萄糖席夫碱及其La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ),Nd(Ⅲ),Gd(Ⅲ),Yb(Ⅲ)配合物,并通过红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、热重-差热分析、摩尔电导率及元素分析等方法进行了表征,分析了配合物结构。利用HTMI-2000型阿达玛变换显微图像分析仪, 采用细胞核DNA-吖啶橙体系荧光抑制法,研究了上述化合物的抗肿瘤活性,结果表明:5种化合物与细胞核DNA均有不同程度的作用。
【Abstract】 Salicylal glucosamine schiff base and their La(Ⅲ), Sm(Ⅲ), Nd(Ⅲ), Gd(Ⅲ), Yb(Ⅲ) com-plex compounds were synthesized from chitin. The compositions and structures of these compounds were characterized by IR, UV-VIS, elemental analysis, DTA-TG and conductivity measurement. The antitu- mor activity of these compounds measured by using Hadamard microscopy image analyzer through fluorescence restraining method of nucleus DNA-acridine orange system. The results show that the five substances have some effect on nuclei DNA.
