高灵敏度振动样品磁强计样品加热装置
Heating Device of High Sensitivity Vibrating Sample Magnetometer

【摘要】 描述了一种在高灵敏度振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量设备中对被测样品进行加热的高温炉装置。该装置的发热体为Φ0.3 mm铂丝,样品区最高温度可达600℃。实验证明,该炉的导入并不影响VSM的最高测量灵敏度,且长时间持续使用也不会对近邻的监测线圈造成任何不良影响。
【Abstract】 Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) is widely applied in the investigation of magnetic material . And magnetism variations of the sample with temperature are an important issue. But high temperature measurement is often at the cost of the sensitivity of VSM. A heating device was designed. The heater was made of platinum wire with the diameter 0. 3 mm, which can heat the sample to 600℃. The addition of the heating device does not reduce the maximum sensitivity of VSM, and the effects on the neighbor coils for long and continuous measurement is not obvious.
