Sm(Co0.65Fe0.25Cu0.08Zr0.02)7.42磁体的吸氢行为研究

【摘要】 分别从氢化时间、温度和压力3个方面分析研究了sm(Co0.65Fe0.25Cu0.08Zr0.02)7.42磁体的氧化行为。磁体中有3个不同吸氢能力的相, 导致其吸氢动力学分析的复杂性。研究表明:磁体的吸氢量随着时间增长和压力的增加而趋于一个极大值,氢在磁体中含量在低压段符合 Sieverts定律;磁体吸氢反应足一个放热反应,随着温度的增加,磁体吸氢量减少。磁体的这种易吸氢和放氢的特点为HD工艺在2:17型Sm Co磁体制造中的应用提供理沧基础。
【Abstract】 The dependence of hydrogenation behavior of the Sm ( Co0.65 Fe0.25 Cu0.08 Zr0.02)7.42 magnets on hydrogenation time, temperature and pressure, was studied separately. It is complex because this magnet has three different phases to absorb hydrogen. The results show: In the magnet, the hydrogen content grows along with the hydrogen time and the pressure to the maximum. The hydrogen the content conforms to the Sieverts law in the magnet in the low pressure section; the hydrogen-absorption reaction is a exothemic reaction . The amount of hydrogen absorbed in the magnet decreases with increasing temperature. Based on these results, HD process can be well stablished as a means of producing sintered 2-17-type Sm-Co magnets.
