铈提高茄子种子抵御吸胀冷害能力的研究

【摘要】 研究了40 mg·L-1 Ce(SO4)2对茄子种子低温萌发的影响。结果表明,低温条件下铈处理明显提高了茄子种子活力、发芽率和抗吸胀冷害的能力。表现在铈处理后种子渗漏物(电解质、可溶性糖、阳离子)的减少,K+/Na+比降低,同时幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增强,膜透性降低,膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)减少。其可能机制是铈改变了种子内部生理代谢过程,改善了细胞质膜的运转能力,幼苗膜脂过氧化作用下降,细胞抗过氧化能力和修复作用增强。
【Abstract】 The effect of 40 mg·L-1 Ce(SO4)2 on the germination of eggplant under chilling temperature stress was investigated. The results show that the seed vigor, the germination percentage and the resistance of seed to imbibitional chilling injury is obviously enhanced by Ce treatment under chilling temperature stress. It apparent display the decreased of seed leakage (Including electrolyte, soluble sugar and cations), especially the K+ /Na+ ratio. In the meantime, the activities of SOD, catalase of seedling are enhanced, and the MDA content are decreased. The mechanism may be that Ce can change metabolism of seed, enhance and maintain the function of cytoplasmic membrane , meanwhile decrease the membrane lipid perox-idation of seedling, and gready improve the function of cell anti-autoxidation system and reparation of membrane system.
