【摘要】 人类活动加速了稀土从风化岩层向环境的迁移,最终导致稀土通过食物链进入动物体。稀土在动物体某些组织器官如脑、血液、肌肉和骨骼中均有分布。生物无机化学研究证实:稀土对动物体内的神经细胞、血液及血细胞、信号转导、肌细胞、骨细胞及组织等均起着调节作用。基于自身的化学性质,稀土通过与关键生物分子(如蛋白质和酶)中的靶生物金属(如铁和钙等)竞争和置换并与某些配体分子(如氨基酸)进行螯合,在促进蛋白(如血红蛋白和钙调蛋白等)和酶(如环化酶)活性以及抗动脉硬化、抗凝血等方面均显示了其独特的生物调节功能。提出为了将稀土的生物调节作用充分应用到生物医药领域中,今后应在稀土的生物剂量效应以及稀土在生物体内蓄积等方面展开深入细致的研究。

【Abstract】 The migration of REE from weathering rocks is accelerated by various anthropogenic activities , which contributes to the release of REE into the environment and eventually allows REE to enter mammals via the food chain. REE are widely distributed in animal tissues such as brain, blood, muscle and Bone . Studies on bioinorganic chemistry supported that REE can exert modulatory functions in nerve cells, blood and blood cells, cellular signal transduction, muscle cells, bone cells and tissues and so forth. Based on their geochemical properties, REE are involved in the promotion of proteins (e.g. hemoglobin and calmodulin) and enzymes (e.g. cyclase) activities, prevention of arteriosclerosis and blood clotting via the competition with and the replacement of the targeted biometal (e.g. iron and calcium) in key bio-molecules (e.g. proteins and enzymes) by REE, and via the chelation between some ligand (e.g. amino acids) and REE. In order to make full use of REE’s uniquely modulatory roles in the application for medicine , more detailed research concerning the dosage effect of REE and REE bioaccumulation in mammals should be conducted.
