煤炭稀土助燃除灰剂改善热电厂热效率的试验研究

【摘要】 研究了煤炭稀土助燃固硫除灰多功能促进剂的工作原理及在130t·h-1煤粉炉上的应用效果试验。试验表明,促进剂按优化配比用于燃煤锅炉,具有助燃、固硫、除灰、提高锅炉热效率等多种功能,促进剂为0‰-4‰的促进剂燃煤配比,飞灰可燃物逐渐下降,热效率逐渐上升。
【Abstract】 Thee effect of rare earth coal combustion efficiency on the coal combustion were investigated in thermoelectricity power plant. The results show that improve the coal combustion efficiency and reduce the it can emissions of coal combustion. The effects of it by rare earth in thermoelectricity power plant performances were studied. With the additive ratio increasing from 0‰ to 4‰, the amount of carbon of fly ash reduces and combustion efficiency increase.
