过共晶铝硅合金RE-P复合变质工艺研究

【摘要】 稀土(RE)对铝硅合金中的共晶组织有明显变质作用;磷(P)则对铝硅合金中初生硅有很好的细化效果。采用扫描电镜、定量金相分析等方法研究了RE-P复合变质对过共晶铝硅合金变质效果的影响;比较了在不同工艺参数条件下,过共晶铝硅合金经过变质处理后,其力学性能变化规律,进而得出较为合理的变质工艺参数。同时对磷和稀土复合变质作用的机制进行了简单的分析。
【Abstract】 Eutectic silicon in hypereutectic Al-Si alloy could be obviously modified by rare earth (RE) ; and primary silicon can be well refined by phosphor (P) . The complex modifying of RE-P on the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy was studied with SEM and quantitative metallography. Meanwhile, the rules of effect on me- chanical property of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy added this kind of modificator under the different conditions were researched, and optimum modifying technology was then gained. The complex modification mechanism of phosphor and rare earth was simply analyzed.
