AB5型贮氢合金制备工艺研究

【摘要】 AB5型贮氢合金是目前国内外MH/Ni电池生产中使用最为广泛的负极材料,而贮氢合金的电化学性能是由合金的成分、微观结构和表面状态决定的,合金制备所选取的工艺条件对合金的最终组织形态起决定作用。本文综述了熔炼及制粉工艺对贮氢合金的组织、化学均匀性、粒度等微观结构和电化学性能的影响,指出采用合理的制备工艺是提高贮氢合金电化学性能,获得高容量、长寿命的贮氢合金的一种有效途径。

【Abstract】 AB5 hydrogen storage alloys are widely used as negative material of MH/Ni battery. The electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloys are determined by component, microstructure and surface states of the alloys. And the microstructure is determined by the preparation technology. The effects of melting and pulverization of the alloys on electrochemical properties and microstructure including structure and composition and powder particle size of the AB5 hydrogen storage alloys were summarized. It is shown that preparation technology exerts great influence on homogenization and microstructure of the hydrogen storage alloys. However, one of the effective way to obtain high capacity and long cycle life storage alloys is to optimize the preparation technology of alloy.
