稀土对低合金耐磨钢组织性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了稀土对低合金耐磨钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,通过稀土变质效应,抑制了低合金耐磨钢晶粒长大的倾向,细化了晶粒; 稀土影响了马氏体组织的形态,获得了细板条马氏体和贝氏体复合组织,其力学性能优于单一的马氏体组织;试验钢的硬度和冲击韧性得了良好的配合,具有优良的耐磨性。

【Abstract】 The effects of rare earths on properties and microstructure of low-alloy wear resistance steel were studied . The experiment results show that the -modified treatment of RE can prohibit grain from growing and produce grain refinement, thus markedly increasing the toughness of low-alloy steel. The modified treatment of RE affects the morphology of Martensite so as to get much smaller batten Martensite. There is multi-microstructure of Bainite-Martensite in the steel, whose properties are better than those of haploid Martensite . The experimental steel has higher hardness, good impact toughness! and good wear-resistance property.
