纳米晶复合Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B稀土永磁材料磁性能研究
Magnetic Properties of Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B Nanocomposite Rare Earth Permanent Magnets

【摘要】 利用熔体快淬和晶化热处理法制备了成分为Nd4.5Fe74.5+xB21-x(x=0;1;2;3;4)和Nd4.5-yTbyFe75.5B20(y=0;1)的纳米晶复合永磁合金,采用X射线衍射及VSM分析研究了材料的微观结构与磁性能。结果表明:Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B纳米晶复合稀土永磁合金的磁性能与硼含量有密切关系;退火工艺对合金磁性能的影响非常显著,且1%的Tb掺杂明显提高了材料的磁性能。
【Abstract】 The melt spun ribbons of nanocomposite Nd4.5Fe74.5+xB21-x(x=0, 1, 2, 3, 4) and Nd4.5-y TbyFe75.5B20(y = 0, 1 ) were prepared by rapid quenching and annealing treatment. The microstruc-tures and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that intimate relationship exits between content of B and magnetic properties of Fe3B/Nd2Fe14 B nanocomposite rare earth permanent magnetic alloys, so that the annealing process influences obviously magnetic properties of samples, and adding 1 % Tb element increases notably magnetic properties.
