铸态及快淬态Mm(NiMnSiAlFe)4.4Co0.5相结构及循环稳定性的研究

【摘要】 用XRD测试了稀土基AB5型Mm(NiMnSiAlFe)4.4Co0.5贮氢合金铸态和快淬态下的相结构,并测试了合金的循环稳定性,研究了快淬工艺对合金的相结构及循环稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,铸态和快淬态合金均具有双相结构,主相为CaCu5相,第二相为Ce2Ni7相,快淬使第二相的含量减少,并使合金的晶胞体积增大;快淬降低了合金的容量衰减率,提高了合金的循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 The phase structures of the as-cast and quenched rare-earth-based AB5-type Mm(NiMnSiAl-Fe)4.4Co0.5 hydrogen storage alloy were determined by XRD, and the cycle stabilities were measured. The effects of rapid quenching on phase structures and cycle stabilities of the as-cast and quenched alloys were studied. The obtained results show that the as-cast and quenched alloys all have two phases, the main phase is CaCu5-type phase, and the secondary phase is Ce2Ni7 phase; rapid quenching make the secondary phase decrease and lattice volume increase. Rapid quenching decreases the capacity decay rate and improves the cycle stability of the alloy.
